Plans & charts

Port of Melbourne Corporation (PoMC) has many plans from the former Public Works Department (Ports and Harbours), Melbourne Harbour Trust and Port of Melbourne Authority. PoMC also produces plans of hydrographic surveys carried out in commercial shipping channels. These plans are for PoMC channel management purposes and are not produced or recommended for navigation. Boat operators are advised that the only official navigation charts are those in the AUS series produced by the Australian Hydrographic Office and available from chart vendors.
